Round 2 πŸš€

Heyooooo!

We're getting hit by a crazy typhoon right now! We basically biked through a river to get here. Good times.

Friday North Korea launched another missile over us!! I don't know if you hear about this in America or not but it's pretty exciting stuff! This time we were awake so I grabbed some cereal and sat by the window (because we still don't have a basement cellar) but it was too cloudy to see anything :/ the rest of the day the military flew over probably a million times. My comp and I decided to play "who can spot the fighter jet first" ... I'm a pro.

Tuesday it was POURING all day. And no one let us in so we were soaked right through our rain suits. By the time it got dark I was soaking wet, freezing cold and quite miserable. But we still had another person we wanted to visit. I was pretty positive she was going to be like every one else and slam the door in our face but she ended up letting our soaking wet selves in and made us homemade gyoza!!! Ahh, God is real. Blessings come after the trial of your faith. #1 most learned lessons from the mission.

Last night we went to a member and they asked me what my dad did so I said doTERRA and they were like woah hold up and went and grabbed their oils and were like THIS and I was like yeahhhhhh! And they were like teach us! And then we all sat around sharing our doTERRA testimonies- hahah so great.

We had interviews with kaicho this week and wow I'm so excited for all the miracles this mission is about to see! We've got big plans. My interview also happened to be my year mark of when I came to Japan and had my first interview with Nakatsuka kaicho. I remember walking in to his office and having him say "Welcome to the Japan Sapporo Mission" and walking in that same office exactly a year later was such a crazy feeling. I can't believe how much has happened and how much my life has changed in the past year. So blessed.

"As you serve, you will build rich eternal memories and friendships. I know of no field which produces a more bounteous harvest of happiness than the mission field." So true
